An exhausted nurse goes into a bank after a 20 hour shift to cash her pay cheque.
She reaches into her purse and pulls out a rectal thermometer and tries to sign the cheque qith it.
The bank teller says "you are trying to sign your cheque with what looks like a rectal thermometer"
The nurse not missing a beat says "great, just great, some asshole has my pen!"
